| A sound artist, teacher and composer who made the crossover from performance to installation seven years ago, he produces visually and conceptually gripping works which engage with the social and psychological issues. He has exhibited throughout the US, Latin America and Europe, including Het Apollohuis, The Netherlands (1994), Museum of Applied Arts, Helsinki (1996) the Sonambiente Festival, Berlin (1996) and ISEA '95 in Montreal. He has worked on a number of public projects, including the Bus Shelter Project at the University of Washington, a Sound Garden Project and a Sound Sign Project, both in San Francisco. He is to be artist-in-residence at Artspace in Sydney this year. | |
